Muito Obrigado!&lt;br /&gt;Esta ausência no blog tem sido tudo menos desejada. O Inverno é aquela estação que eu espero sempre que passe bem rápido, porque sou extremamente friorenta e muitas vezes a única maneira de me sentir suficientemente quente é se me entupir de roupa!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando chego a casa, já de noite, com o corpo frio e muitas vezes molhada da chuva, não há nada que me saiba tão bem quanto uma sopa bem quente.&lt;br /&gt;Não só aquece o corpo, como também aquece a alma!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5275334165901954162" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 300px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_KYLLdA-_zZg/STXAeVYRTHI/AAAAAAAAAEs/3MXhp_zh2NY/s400/Sopa+de+Alface+e+Agri%C3%B5es.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Alface grande&lt;br /&gt;1 molho de Agriões médio&lt;br /&gt;1 Batata grande&lt;br /&gt;1/2L de Caldo de Carne&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de sopa de Manteiga&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa bem cheias de Arroz&lt;br /&gt;Sal&lt;br /&gt;Pimenta Preta moída na altura&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#33ccff;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Separe a alface e os agriões em folhas, rejeite as mais velhas, lave-as bem e rasgue-as em pedaços. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Derreta a manteiga, junte os pedaços dos vegetais e deixe cozinhar por dois minutos. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Descasque a batata e corte-a em cubos. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Junte-os aos vegetais, regue com o caldo de carne e deixe levantar fervura. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tempere com sal (pouco, em atenção ao teor do sal do caldo de carne) e pimenta. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Encha as claras com este recheio, calcando bem com uma colher pequena.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seguidamente, passe os ovos por farinha, pelo ovo batido e pelo pão ralado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frite-os no óleo, em lume médio, para evitar queimá-los.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num prato, faça uma cama com o recheio que sobra e por cima coloque os ovos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pode servir com molho de tomate. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
